Yoga for Better SLEEP


Experience blissful rest and relaxation in this deeply restorative and therapeutic yoga series. Each class will will include guided Yoga Nidra (one of the few supplements for sleep), breathwork (pranayama), physical poses designed to release muscle tension and induce relaxation in the mind and body, and guided relaxation.

Join Jessica Mayberry, yoga therapist, as she guides you into deep relaxation and peace. This series will be online via Zoom. Recordings of the class will be available temporarily if you cannot attend live. Parts of this series can be done from your bed or all from your yoga mat, but you will need two blocks, several thick blankets, and a folding chair (other options like a recliner might work; message us for details). This series is $75. Students must sign up for entire series. Live class will be Thursdays at 6:45pm starting February 4, 2021. Classes will be around 60 minutes.

*This class will be a generalized approach appropriate for a group. If you prefer a more specific, customized approach, contact us about working 1:1 with Jessica. This group class will still be very beneficial to most.
