What to expect

During the session, Jessica, certified yoga therapist, will guide you through a practice using yoga techniques designed to quiet the mind, calm the nervous system, and release muscle tension. SRY is a very slow, profound practice which helps you break through deeply-seated patterns and habits by slowly releasing the muscles surrounding the spine.

  • First, give us a call/text or schedule a time for us to call/text you. This consultation ensures that we are the right fit and determines how often we are going to work together.

  • Decide which package is right for you. We require that you meet a minimum of four times to have a chance to see the therapeutic process begin to unfold. The initial assessment is included in the package.

  • Next, we will meet for an introductory session. This intro session includes (but is not limited to) assessing and addressing sleep habits, breathing habits, physical tensions, and stressors. You will discuss any concerns you are experiencing.

  • From there, we create a plan of care specific to your needs that you can do at home. All sessions can be completed in person (Madison, AL) or over live video (Zoom).

We ask for a commitment of at least four weeks to start, but also encourage a continued practice, either 1:1 or in a group setting, after that.
