Yoga to Relax & Restore

This class is designed to completely relax the body and mind and find relief from pain and stress, both physical and mental/emotional. Each class will start with 10 minutes of breathwork (pranayama) and finding stillness. After that, we will spend roughly 20 minutes on gentle movement using lots of props which will help relieve every day stress like sitting at a desk, driving in a car, looking at phones and computers, etc. There will then be 15-20 minutes spent in Restorative poses to help gently open up tight areas. Finally, the class will conclude with 10-15 minutes of Savasana (the final relaxation pose) and guided meditation. The class will be led by Yoga Therapist and 500 yoga instructor Jessica Mayberry. What a great way to end the week?!
Class will be *most Fridays at 5:30pm. Class is $10 and class passes can be used.
