Senior Chair Yoga with Becky

Want the relaxing, strengthening, and healing movements of yoga without having to get up and down from the floor? Come try Senior Chair yoga and learn to move your body in a safe way. Learn mobility exercises, gentle strengthening, as well as how to how to breathe more deeply to release tension from stress. Join Becky, 200RYT specializing in Senior Chair yoga, as she guides you through this movement-based class. While anyone may attend this class, the exercises will be catered to seniors.
Class cost is on a sliding scale: $8-12 (pay what you can) and will last 45 minutes. This class meets every Wednesday at 9:00am starting in May. You can pay at the studio; no need to register.
