Yoga for HAPPY BACKS with Jessica

Join Jessica Mayberry, Yoga Therapist and 500 hour yoga teacher, for a low-impact, beginner-friendly yoga class, This Yoga for Happy BACKS class is specifically designed and sequenced to help ease pain in your spine, with a different focus every week always related to the spine. This class will be especially great for those with chronic pain conditions (though those with general aches and pains of life will benefit as well). The class will focus on relaxing and releasing, stretching, and strengthening muscles in different parts of the spine to decrease pain and assist in a healthier body and mind. This class will be setup to offer general pain-easing poses with encouragement to listen to one's own body for best results. Modifications and alternative poses will be offered.
Cost is $10 per class; passes can be used for this class.
