Vinyasa Flow with Gary

Vinyasa is a structured class where each posture is strung together so that we move from one to another almost effortlessly using breath. Vinyasa recognizes the how temporary things are. We come into a posture, linger in it for 3-5 breaths, then transition to the next. Each class begins with breath work, warm ups, then follows a particular flow.
*This class is okay for all levels looking for a faster pace, but students must have the ability to get up and down from the floor multiple times.
