Hatha Yoga with Gary

Hatha yoga is a practice derived from Sivananda tradition that tends to be more meditative and has postures that can be held for longer periods of time. You can expect breath work, warm ups of sun salutation variety, and a focus on twelve basic poses. A little of everything..
*This class is appropriate for all levels, but students must have ability to get up and down from the floor.
