Lunch Crunch Buti Yoga with Chelsea

Get your workout in during your lunch hour! This is a 30 minute, high energy, high intensity Buti yoga class plus meditation. Buti yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, conditioning, and deep abdominal toning. Fast-paced. Students will need to get up-and-down from floor quickly. Class is okay for beginners with no mobility issues.
