Morning Yin and Flow

The first 15-20 minutes of this class will be Flow yoga to wake up and warm up the body, and the last 15-20 minutes will be Yin Yoga to get deep into the body’s tissues and help increase flexibility. Beginner friendly and beyond.

NOTE: You *MUST* register for this class (you can pay at the studio). If no one is registered, class will be cancelled without notice.
