Mindful Morning Yoga

Wake up for a gentle yoga class first thing in the morning on Wednesdays. Join Jessica for a slow sequence designed to energize the body through intuitive movement, breath-work, and stretching. Seek to improve your move by setting your intention for a great day first thing in the morning.
