Therapeutic Yoga

a low-impact, beginner-friendly yoga class, Therapeutic Yoga is specifically designed and sequenced to help ease pain in certain parts of the body, especially for those with chronic conditions (though those with general aches and pains of life will benefit as well). The class will focus on relaxing and releasing, stretching, and strengthening muscles in certain parts of the body to decrease pain and assist in a healthier body and mind. This will be on a trial basis through June but will hopefully continue after that. 
*Note: Jessica cannot diagnose chronic pain or any other issues. This class will be setup to offer general pain-easing poses with encouragement to listen to one's own body for best results. Modifications and alternative poses will be offered.
