Deep Core Yoga with Jessica

This 60-75 minute class is core-focused, using micro-movements to target muscles. Different movements will be used in various poses (asana) to find ways to best engage deep core muscles. The class will conclude with some deeper stretches to release the core followed by a 7-10 minute sound-healing meditation.
