Bellydance-Cardio Class with Julie Brown

Join Julie Brown for a one hour belly dance class! We will enjoy both dance and fitness... not to mention an amazing playlist! Please bring anything that makes you feel more beautiful!!! Scarves, zills (Finger cymbals), or whatever brings out your inner star! This is great cardio and core work, with specific focus to muscle isolations!
**No costume is required. **Please do not plan to dance in flip-flops, we are going to WORK! $10 per dancer
