Gentle Holiday Stretch

Come enjoy some gentle stretching, muscle releasing, breathwork, and meditation to help get you through the holidays! We'll do mostly poses on the floor or in chairs with lots of twists, hip-openers, neck and shoulder releases, spinal stretches, and restorative elements to counter all the sitting and stressing we do during the holidays. Plus, we'll add in some poses that are great for digestion to help with all the extra food partaking. Join Jessica Mayberry for this relaxing holiday special only for two weeks in December. Class is $10 walk-in; monthly, annual, and punch passes are good for this class. If you're a student with limited mobility, this class should still be good for you; but if you have any concerns, please message us.
