Yoga for Stress and Anxiety

ALL LEVELS WELCOME! Experience yoga like never before. Learn to reconnect with your body in a safe environment. In this class, students will learn tools to help deal with stress and anxiety in everyday life including breathing techniques (pranayama), calming and centering techniques through meditation, and postures for physical relief. Join Jessica Mayberry, trauma-informed yoga instructor, through different physical movements and breathwork and learn to connect mind and body and how to calm both even during stressful times. Plenty of options will be given, but feel free to come just to sit and breathe in a safe place. Class is $10 and will last from 45 minutes to an hour, depending on student needs.
**THIS CLASS WILL REPLACE SLOW FLOW ON A TRIAL BASIS**
